The evening starts
on the sidewalk.
Garlands over the windows, striped cushions on the benches, the room glowing behind the glass. The terrace looks onto Côte du Beaver Hall: you watch downtown go by with a hot chocolate or a rum cocktail in hand.

They come back every week, all year. Booking is strongly advised: tables go fast, and Sunday is the first to sell out.
SAM
Tchaka brunch · 12 – 3:30 p.m.
Beans, ground corn and squash, slow-cooked. The peasant dish that feeds a whole table. Meat or vegetarian. Served alongside the summer brunch menu, fresh pastries, cold-pressed juice, eggs to order.
DIM
Joumou brunch · 12 – 3:30 p.m.
The soup Haitians drank on 1 January 1804, the morning after independence, because under colonial rule they were forbidden it. Inscribed by UNESCO on the intangible heritage list in 2021. Squash, carrot, potato, pasta. Meat or vegetarian.
JEU
Music Thursdays · 7:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Live piano bar. An evening where music and intimacy come together, in an elegant and jazzy atmosphere. No cover charge, booking advised.

Summer brunches · from 1 June
Every Saturday and Sunday: fresh pastries, fresh fruit juice, eggs to order and a rotating seasonal menu. Vegetarian and gluten-free options.
